Home Learning Week Commencing 15.06.2020

Hello my lovely Seahorses,

Thank you so much if you sent me some pictures of your work last week. I've uploaded any work from home onto our class gallery. There is also a picture of the children in Seahorse Bubble giving everyone still at home a big wave. We miss you all.

It's been a little while since we did our work on "feeling good" and filling up your bucket but its really important we remember everything we have learned about having a healthy mind and positive emotions. Remember to take some time out this week to relax, fill up your bucket (and someone else's) and be positive. Life can still feel very strange at the moment so keep looking after yourself and everyone around you. (If you need me I am only an email away so you can always get in touch even if it's just to say hello). To help with this I'm going to put a little positive thought or challenge at the top of the page each day.

We are still thinking about Jack and the Beanstalk this week but we are going to be reading some stories with a little twist on the old tale or that may have a link somehow. Each time you read a story this week think about how it might link to Jack and the Beanstalk. We are also studying the work of artist Paul Klee and will be practising the skills needed to reproduce one of his pieces of art.

Have a great week and I look forward to hearing from you

Mr Lloyd
