I really hope that you are all okay and that you have all had a lovely weekend.
It has been a couple of weeks now since we did some of our activities around mental health and feelings but it is always good to take some time each day to think about this a little. This week as well as the activities I post for you I would like you to take some time to think about how you are feeling and do some things that make you smile. This week you could try to do something you enjoy every day, talk about how you are feeling or say something positive about yourself each day. You could also try to think of some of the things we have done in class to help us like deep breathing , yoga and mindfulness :-) Remember, if ever you are feeling unhappy to speak to the grown-ups around you. I am only ever an email away if you want to speak to me too. (Adults or children). :-)
So last week we focused on the Jack and the Beanstalk story. This week we are still thinking about Jack and the Beanstalk but we are going to look at other stories that are similar too!
