The Next Chapter
Well my lovely Seahorse Class. This is not the way I expected to end our year but here we are in the last week of term. You are, quite simply, the best class in the whole world and I am sad to have not got more time with you all. However, I am incredibly proud too. I am proud of all the hard work you have put in. All the reading. All the storytelling. All the Maths work. All the Writing you have done. I am proud of how you have grown your brains this year.
I am most proud though of what fantastic little people you have become. You should be very proud too.
All the grown ups in Seahorse Class miss your little smiling faces very much but we also know that you are going to go onto Year 2 and do amazing things. Please keep being your wonderful selves. Keep laughing, keep working and keep being the best class ever.
Don't forget to keep practising your Reading, Writing and Maths, just a little bit each day and each week can make a massive difference. Write someone a letter, tell your grown ups a story, make up some Maths problems for someone in your house to solve.
Be safe and I will see you all when we get back! Good luck in Year 2.
