Kindness challenge - We read the book "Have you filled a bucket today" a few weeks ago. It was all about how we can do things that make others feel good and that can also make us feel good.
Your challenge today is to give someone your best compliment. A compliment is when you say something about someone which is nice. kind or caring. It usually involves telling them something you like about them. Have a go today. Start with..."I really like your" or "I like it when you..."
See what happens. Watch the person's face. What do they do when you give them a compliment? How do you think they feel? How do you feel?
